Therefore, the individual towers are built to accommodate the existing terrain of the area by following a sloping pattern in an ascending pattern. The tallest tower will be 22 storeys high and the lowest tower is going to be 11 storeys high.
The first tower is Quezon North, which is 11 storeys high. The official turnover for this tower is in 2017 and it has 2 elevators. The second tower is Osmena West, which is also 2 storeys high. The turnover for this building started in 2015 and like Quezon North it has 2 elevators as well. The third tower (also 11 storeys high) is Osmena East, which will have its turnover in 2018. The fourth building is Roxas West that has 22 storeys and 2 elevators. The turnover for the residential units at Roxas West will be in the year 2019. The fifth tower is Roxas East, which is currently in preselling status, will have its turnover in 2017. Qurino West is the sixth tower that comprises Commonwealth by Century Properties. The units in the 22-storey tower will have its turnover in 2019. The last two towers, both 22 storeys high as well, are expected to be turned over to its eligible buyers by 2019.
